The alleged death of fast rising Nigerian rapper, Dilichukwu Okonkwo popularly known as Tidinz has continued to generate controversies and mixed reactions from people since the unfortunate news broke out.
According to Sahara Reporters, the young rapper allegedly died on October 9, 2022, of equally alleged drug overdose while getting ready for a show on that day, some other sources have claimed that the singer is not dead, as he has been seen at different places since the news of his death began circulating online.
In a video shared by one of the deceased friends who goes with the Facebook name “Real Nedu Dowings” shows Tidinz laying lifeless as he was brought to the mortuary, according to the voice over contained in the video.
He lamented that it has finally become a sad reality that Tidinz has departed the world. Continuing, he urged the deceased to fight the course of his death, on the ground that should it be that anyone is responsible for his untimely death or he died naturally.
In some of the social media posts made by some who obviously know Tidinz, on their own account claimed that the rapper is not dead as being circulated across the online space, especially on social media platforms. One of them claimed to have seen the deceased and only regretted not taking a photo or video of him.
The deceased is one of the finest music talents based in the South Eastern part of the country, precisely in Enugu State. He has been in the music industry for quite some time now, with a couple of hit tracks to his name, and has also featured some of the big names in the industry in the course of his career like Phyno, Zoro, Young6ix, Jeriq, others. Some of his hit tracks include AkpaAza, Sapa, A’Biggie, High Sea, and a host of others.
