It is no longer news that Yul Edochie’s first wife, May Yul Edochie has dragged a certain Sarah Chukwukere (known on Instagram as Sarah Martins) to the court of law for defamation of character following a doctored family photo shared on social media by the said Sarah. Unfortunately, some persons have come hard on her, with lots of comments that will definitely not be palatable to the estranged mother of four, for instituting a legal action against Sarah over the aforementioned issue.
Some of them claimed that she’s gradually revealing to the public what Yul Edochie has been enduring all these years, hence the reason he eventually took a new wife. Some also asked May to take things easy as Sarah is not the reason why Yul Edochie got another wife.
Meanwhile, the photo in question was a family photo shared by May during 2022 Christmas celebration, which original featured May and the four children she had for Yul Edochie. But in the doctored version which was shared by Sarah, it featured May, her four children, Yul Edochie, Judy Austin and the son she had for Yul, with the caption, “Beautiful family…as it should.”
On the other hand, when the photo was shared by Sarah, Yul Edochie equally commented on the post, saying, “Yes oo Sarah, As it should be. Beautiful family, blessed man with blessed family. Everybody will be living in peace, love and jolly. May Zukwanuike.”
Equally Sarah during an Instagram live session with Daddy Freeze had alleged that May Yul Edochie failed to perform her duties well, hence the reason her actor hubby decided to get another wife, in the person of actress Judy Austin. Therefore, in the said suit, May has asked Sarah to tender a public apology, retract her statement and also promise never to indulge into such act again in the future, and failure to do that, that she will institute another suit, with claims of five hundred million Naira (#500,000,000) damages against Sarah.

In the court papers sighted by Nollymovies Planet TV, May through her legal team went further to quote relevant portions of the Nigeria law which forbids Judy Austin from being May Yul Edochie’s co-wife, as she addresses the issue raised by Sarah that Yul is married to Judy Austin.
