It is the dream and desperate anticipation of most parents to see their children become successful in life, and most importantly, to provide for them some of the things they had desired to have or own, but couldn’t afford them due to financial challenges. Meanwhile, that’s the similar story involving this Nigerian lady and her lovely parents.
The lady in question who’s identified as Grace Nkay recently built a new house for her dad and mom. Meanwhile, she made it clear that the gesture is her own way of sorting her parents weary souls following the death of their son at the famous Lekki Toll Gate, during the unforgettable End SARS protest in 2020.
According to a tweet out by Grace Nkay, she revealed how the death of her brother during the End SARS protest has left her parents extremely devastated and traumatized, most especially her mother. And amidst all these, she had always wanted to give her parents a better life, something that will put happy smiles on their faces, hence the reason she worked so hard to erect this fine bungalow for them.
“Finally today, I moved my parents to their new house and the joy I saw on their faces was out of this world,” part of her post reads.
On the other hand, many people have hailed her for this new feat and gesture, most especially as she did it for the sake of her parents’ happiness and wellbeing.
