The recent shameful drama involving popular Nollywood actor, Ray Emordi and a young female Nollywood Producer took a new twist following the latest response from the actor over the allegation levelling against him by the female producer in question. The actor has been receiving backlashes and criticism from many people, including his colleagues in the industry, for the way he treated this upcoming female producer in question.
Recall that the producer had recently accused Ray Emordi of absconding with her money, precisely the sum of seven hundred thousand Naira (#700,000) she paid for him to feature in her upcoming movie. But trouble started when the movie script was sent to Ray, and his part in the movie exceeded the forty (40) scenes the duo initially agreed on. Going further, the lady said that after the fallout over the number of scenes, she pleaded with Ray not to abandon her job, promised him that she will add money just for him to be happy and do her job, but the actor refused and equally refused to return the #700,000 she initially paid to him.
In the ensuing messy drama, she took to the social media and cried out to the world for help, especially as the actor had gone ahead to block her on every available means of communicating with him, including on Whatsapp, Facebook, phone call, etc. Eventually the video she posted on social media paid off as the actor has quickly refunded her money as he stated in his response video, he then revealed that the girl breached their agreement on the number of scenes he was to play in her upcoming movie, while equally attempting to mimick the female producer who was crying while exposing the actor and his ungodly deeds.
Well, many people who have reacted to the video did not find it funny in anyway, including his colleagues like Ani Amatosero (Effixzzy Boss), Mcsmith Ochendo, Slow Dog and some others.
“How is this even funny now? Babe wey dey try hustle. How is this funny. Person go just tall, fine, speaks and act well, but e no get sense,” seasoned Nollywood actress, Effixzzy Boss lambasted her colleague, Ray Emordi.
On his part, veteran actor Mcsmith Ochendo stated that if he was to be in the helpless girl’s position, that Ray would have received it hot from himself. Further, he berated Ray for trying to swindle the hardworking girl of her money, a girl who’s not up to his (Ray’s) younger sister, as such should have given her support and good treatment.
“Shame no dey catch you? Role model in the mud,” he added.

Even though Ray has reportedly paid back the money in question, but he had deliberately held back the money for over a month, which on the other hand affected the female producer’s job which Ray equally refused to be part of.
Meanwhile, her job was frustrated as she had to shift the commencement of the production several times because she was not able to cast a replacement for Ray Emordi due to his refusal to refund the money paid to him, which she will use in paying the replacement for Ray.
