Many people, especially fans of the Nigeria movie industry popularly known as Nollywood has continued to be heartbroken with the frequent unfortunate deaths in the industry, most recently regards the deaths of veteran actor, Saint Obi and Don Brymo.
Unfortunately, the industry has been hit with yet another heartbreaking news of another actor’s death, in the person of Emeka Daniel. Just few days ago, the up and coming actor has only joined others to mourn the unfortunate death of his colleague Don Brymo, little was he aware that his own “R.I.P” was just lurking behind the door.
The sad news broke out Tuesday, June 20 2023, and has been confirmed by some of his colleagues in the industry, who have equally taken to their respective social media platforms to mourn the death of the fast rising actor while still yet to overcome the pains and tears of Don Brymo’s death.
The actor is said to have not suffered any serious health challenges prior to his death, as such, has left many people wondering what’s actually happening inside our darling Nollywood, with many allegations and rumours flying up and down.
“…shebi if I talk waiting de my mind for Nollywood una go say Sarah don start. Emeka please pick up call and tell me is a mistake, is a lie, chai what is happening in Nollywood? Emeka please stand up tell us is a prank,” Uche Sarah lamented on her Facebook page as she found out about the death of the Nollywood actor.
“He posted Don Brymo and wrote RIP coz he’s dead, now Emeka has joined Don Brymo cos Emeka is dead now,” @ Ebony Stephanie replied someone wondering if the story is a prank.

In as much as death is an inevitable end for all, and equally chooses where to visit next on its own, but that doesn’t take away the fact that what is happening in Nollywood is really frightening and deserve to be questioned. And has also triggered barrage of suspicion and allegations regards what’s going behind the camera in the industry.
Be that as it may, only our creator has the ultimate answer and solution in all of these. Continue to rest in peace Emeka Daniel!
