The former wife of popular Nollywood actor, Blossom Chukwujekwu has been shamed online following her recent controversial post. Yes, this is because the post by the Nigerian businesswoman did not go down well with a lot of people, with some of them bashing and shaming her over the post in question.
Maureen Esisi whose marriage to actor Blossom Chukwujekwu hit the rock sometime ago took to her official Instagram account to advice her fellow women against marrying any man whose relationship ideology is anchored on “no sex before marriage”.
She stated that though the projected idea over such will be that the Lord has done it for a woman who comes across such a man who wouldn’t demand for sex before taking their relationship to the next stage, being marriage, but on the contrary it is the devil’s doing. As such, that ideology should be seen as a red flag for every woman, and that women should always run away from such men.
Meanwhile, the post has expectedly continued to generate mixed reactions from people, with many criticizing her for making such a post that is morally depraved, while some others accused her of misleading the people.
One of the comments on the post from @perryngwu33 shamed her for always exposing her body since she and Blossom Chukwujekwu got divorced, and that the actor must be happy for ending his marriage to her.
“Since you divorce, you lost your senses. Open body upandan yet na fvck boys you dey attract. Ur ex husband must be so happy he dodged a bullet,” the complete comment reads.
Reacting to comment above, Maureen Esisi whose nickname is RedVigor wrote also, “the people I attract is your daily prayer to God. Best believe me and since he dodged a bullet may he be your portion.
She then added, “May his type follow you till the day you die, may you never meet my type, so that you don’t have to dodge a bullet, so shall it be , Amen”.
Meanwhile, this issue has remained an inconclusive discussion and argument from time immemorial, as many christian and some traditional teachings and ideology stands against the indulgence of partners into sexual activities prior to legalizing their marriage.
While on the other hand, some others are against the above narrative, citing a couple of factors, including that either the man or woman may be infertile, sexually inactive, etc, making it difficult to correct such once already inside the marriage, and other issues often raised. Well, this whole argument and debate should be based on individual ideologies, choices and decisions, as such, whatever works for you and makes you happy also should be what you go for.
